These Terms of Service govern access to and use of this store (the "Store"), operated by Kioka Shop ("we," "our"). By browsing, creating an account, or making a purchase on the Store, you fully accept these terms.
1. Digital products All products offered in the Store are digital files (PSD mockups and related materials) delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped and no shipping address is required.
2. Usage licenses Each product is sold under two types of license:
- Personal License: for use in personal and portfolio projects, with no commercial or resale purpose.
- Commercial License: for use in client projects, products for sale, or any for-profit use.
Resale, redistribution, or claiming authorship of the files — in their original or modified form — is prohibited under any type of license.
3. Intellectual property All content in the Store and in the digital products (designs, images, PSD files, text) is owned by Kioka Shop and protected by copyright law. Purchasing a product grants a usage license as described above, not a transfer of intellectual property.
4. Pricing and payments Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through the payment providers enabled on the Store.
5. Refunds See our Refund Policy for the conditions applicable to digital products.
6. User accounts If you create an account on the Store, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
7. Limitation of liability Files are delivered "as is." Kioka Shop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products, and does not guarantee compatibility with software versions other than those indicated for each product.
8. Changes We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this site.
